Gastroenterology Associates of Gainesville, P.C. gladly offers patient access to Follow My Health®(FMH) a free, secure, and convenient patient portal that helps patients manage their personal health care on a computer, tablet or smartphone. With the accessibility of Follow My Health patients will have direct access to request appointments, communicate with their physician , view lab results, and manage their demographic information all at the tip of their fingers, anytime , anywhere.

In order to sign up, an invitation email from our office must be sent to a current email address. Simply provide your email address to our registration team at the
time of your appointment and you will be sent a personalized invitation to set-up your patient portal account. Once the email is received, click on the enclosed link to access
the Follow My Health portal and follow the registration steps.
It is important to keep the email open until you are completely registered. The link provides a direct tie to your medical record and patient account. If you do not receive the email, check your junk file.
You account will only become active after you receive this invitation.
